We Are the Fallen adalah sebuah band rock yang terdiri dari mantan kontestan American Idol; Carly Smithson, Marty O'Brien dan mantan anggota Evanescence Ben Moody, John LeCompt, dan Rocky Gray. Nama band ini adalah kiasan untuk album Evanescence yang dirilis tahun 2003, Fallen.
Band rock ini yang pernah menuai kritik atas kemiripan kualitas suara dengan Evanescence. Dalam sebuah wawancara di Los Angeles Times, salah satu pendiri Evanescence, Ben Moody, mengatakan bahwa We Are the Fallen berbeda dari Evanescence

"semuanya sama" namun band ini memiliki "energi lebih dari yang bisa dikerahkannya Evanescence ." Ia juga menyatakan, "Kami tidak bisa menjadi diri kami sendiri. Jika ada kesamaan dalam beberapa suara, itu karena genre yang diciptakan oleh kami sendiri (Anggota Evanescence) "
We Are The Fallen resmi memulai debutnya pada tanggal 22 Juni 2009 dengan peluncuran website resmi mereka. Para penggemar band ini bisa mendaftarkan alamat email mereka di website untuk menerima download gratis dari single pertama, "Bury Me Alive". Hanya 100.000 pendaftar pertama yang memenuhi syarat untuk men-download.
Album debut band ini, Tear The World down, dirilis pada 10 Mei 2010 di Inggris.
